On May 20, 2015, EPA released a draft total phosphorus TMDL for the Wissahickon Creek Watershed in southeastern Pennsylvania. The TMDL will establish reductions necessary to address the poor stream health caused by excessive total phosphorus from wastewater treatment plants, stormwater runoff, and other sources. The public comment period was open from May 20, 2015 to July 30, 2015, and a public meeting was held on June 10, 2015. Below are documents comprising the draft total phosphorus TMDL.
