The objective of this document is to provide support to stakeholders, who will be implementing the Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), in identifying and taking actions to reduce, and ultimately fix, stormwater impairments in water bodies. In particular, this document is focused on achieving stormwater loading targets identified in TMDL reports developed using the impervious cover method (e.g., ME DEP 2005, ENSR 2005).
