As of November 2020, the "My Right-to-Know" application is no longer available. EPA has replaced it with a new search tool, available on the TRI homepage. You can use it identify industrial and federal facilities that release toxic chemicals, and answer questions such as: 

• What chemicals does the facility release to air, water and land?
• What health effects are associated with the chemicals released?
• How does the facility manage toxic chemical waste?
• What is the facility's history of compliance with U.S. environmental laws?
