Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program

Persistent Bioaccumulative Toxic (PBT) Chemicals Covered by the TRI Program

There are 16 PBT chemicals and 5 PBT chemical compound categories that are subject to Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). The tables below list the name, identification number and reporting threshold for each.
