​Final Amendments to the Federal Indian Country Minor New Source Review Rule, May 9, 2014

These amendments add six categories to the existing list of activities exempt from Clean Air Act minor source permitting in Indian country. This rule also defines "begin construction" and "commence construction" and clarifies construction-related regulatory text.
