Screenshots and File Transfers? Not without permission and always use care.
While using the CBI virtual desktop, you are not permitted to capture screen images or copy any material for use outside of the CBI LAN. If you need the ability to transfer CBI or non-CBI files for use outside the CBI LAN, special authorization is required. The form titled “Terms of Agreement for File Transfer” must be completed and approved if you need to transfer files and/or other data from the CBI LAN to a non-CBI environment using the virtual desktop.
