In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"),

is authorized to discharge hydrostatic test water to an unnamed wetland thence to the Neches River Tidal Segment Code No. 0601 from:

 

Outfall 001: Latitude 30° 5’ 3.38” N; Longitude 94° 4’ 15.20” W

Outfall 002: Latitude 30° 5’ 4.00” N; Longitude 94° 2’ 45.48” W; 

Outfall 003: Latitude 30° 0’ 27.05” N; Longitude 93° 57’ 9.77” W;

 

in accordance with this cover page and the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Part I, Part II and Part III hereof.
