The Lower Passaic River Urban Waters Federal Partnership Framework for Collaboration was developed by the local Steering Committee, and refined at the Partnership Riverwide meeting on February 6th, 2018. The framework was developed in alignment with the Urban Waters Federal Partnership national Vision, Mission, & Principles, and provides guidance to our local Partnership’s efforts through:

Identifying the types of collaboration undertaken by partners in our local network that can be considered local “Urban Waters” initiatives, and benefit from the UWFP’s support and visibility

Outlining the priorities for projects advanced by the Partnership’s Ambassador.
