Rougemont, NC Celebrates New Water Supply System and End of 20 Years of Temporary Water Due to Petroleum Contamination

Read about the September 2016 dedication and water tasting ceremony for a new water supply system for Rougemont, NC, which has been plagued by multiple historical petroleum releases from underground storage tanks.  The water system provides 40 homes and small businesses in Rougement with safe drinking water.
