Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA) for CROMERR Signer
EPA must collect this information to ensure compliance with the Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR).
The ESA for the CROMERR Signer identifies the Signer and requires that he/she sign the form and attest to the Rules of Behavior for using EPA’s EV-CIS. This form must be wet ink signed by the Signer.
