Information Spreadsheet for Engines and Vehicles Compliance Information System (EV-CIS) User Registration
In this spreadsheet, users provide their company’s manufacturer code, user contact information, and user roles for EV-CIS.
Instructions for Selecting Roles
When completing the spreadsheet as part of your company’s registration package:

Each required role must be selected by at least one user.
- A user can select multiple roles or a single role.
Required Roles for Each Company
| Role | Associated Actions |
|---|---|
| Company Approving Official (CAO) | Identifies, vouches for, and manages the “EV-CIS Submitters” and “CROMERR Signers” |
| CROMERR Signer | Takes legal responsibility for all of the information used as the basis for a request for certificate |
| EV-CIS Submitter | Submits certification and compliance information to EV-CIS not including certificate requests |
