The National Vehicle and Fuel Emission Laboratory (NVFEL) has nearly 100 highly-educated and trained engineers, computer scientists, chemists, technologists, and technicians who perform mobile source emissions testing and analysis to inform EPA's clean air policies. NVFEL staff adhere to the lab’s core principles of effectiveness, integrity, respect, and adaptability.
