Draft Version 1.1 of the WaterSense Labeled Certification Programs Specifications

On September 19, 2013, WaterSense released a draft labeling system, draft (revised) specifications, and supporting documentation that outlined potential changes to the specifications for programs that certify irrigation professionals.
