How to Enter State Metrics for How’s My Waterway

This explains how to enter information for the metrics, URLs and the descriptive paragraph that appear on the top of the State tab of How’s My Waterway. Changes made in the Metrics area of ATTAINS will appear in the second release of How’s My Waterway.
