EFAB letter to the EPA Administrator expressing its support of a range of approaches to investment in America's water and wastewater infrastructure. These approaches include leveraging public and private capital through innovative financing, debt instruments, and tax policies. EFAB appreciates the Administration's focus on infrastructure and believes that EPA should continue to play a valuable role with respect to investment in the water sector. 

The letter expresses EFAB's desire to provide its expertise as EPA works through these issues and to provide EPA with any information needed to further initiatives that promote sound investment in the nation's water and wastewater infrastructure.
