EPA Administrator's response to EFAB's letter expressing EFAB's support of a range of approaches to investment in America's water and wastewater infrastructure. 

The Administrator's response recognizes that finance will continue to be critical for the successful implementation of environmental programs, activities and facilities. The response welcomes the knowledge, viewpoints and on-the-ground experience that EFAB brings to EPA and looks forward to further engagement with EFAB.
