This charter renews the Environmental Financial Advisory Board (EFAB) in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App. 2, and relevant Agency policies. EFAB is in the public interest and supports EPA in performing its duties and responsibilities.
