On July 24, 2019, EPA and USDA co-hosted the fourth of a four-part webinar series on funding and financing strategies to reduce nutrients in stormwater. Featured speakers highlighted how to set the stage for innovative approaches to stormwater financing as well as how Virginia and Maryland have used tools, including a county tax and a permit trading program, to finance stormwater nutrient reductions.
