Copies of EPA inspection reports and enforcement actions are available to the public using our online, searchable database. The database contains information on environmental enforcement activities conducted in Region 5; including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and 35 federally recognized Tribes. Document summaries are viewable online, and full copies of documents are available for download to your computer.
