Wisconsin 111(d)/129 MOA

Wisconsin and US EPA signed a Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) on Feb. 11, 2002 which does not constitute a "delegation of authority". The purpose of the MOA is to clarify responsibilities for implementing the 111(d)/129 Federal Plans in Wisconsin through the state's Title V program.
