The Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements Program will include four projects: 1) total phosphorous treatment; 2) phase 1 anaerobic digesters; 3) biosolids improvement, and 4) sanitary collection systems improvement. The purpose of these projects is to meet capacity and compliance requirements.
