Project Description

The Water Treatment Plant Phase 1 Upgrades project will increase the plant's capacity from its current 19.2 million gallons per day (MGD) firm capacity to 32 MGD. The purpose of the project is to meet the water demands of the service area through 2035 in one of the fastest growing regions municipal regions in North Carolina.
