Project Description

The Ellicott City Safe and Sound Plan is a compilation of multiple projects in the Tiber-Hudson watershed that will construct four dry stormwater mitigation ponds, install two 10-ft diameter pipes, and implement other miscellaneous West End pipe and channel improvements. The purpose of these projects is to better mitigate stormwater and keep more water off Main Street.
