Project Description
The Regional Wastewater System Improvements Program will include four projects to expand the system's capacity; increase its solids handling capacity; increase the flow capacity and overall efficiency of lift stations; and enhance the facility’s ability to reliably produce high quality recycled water. The Inland Empire Utilities Agency closed a WIFIA loan for this project in 2020 and is seeking additional funding. The purpose of the projects is to implement improvements to wastewater treatment facilities that will ensure reliable wastewater treatment and compliance with Title 22 standards for recycled water production.
