Project Description
The Iron Bridge Regional Water Reclamation Facility Pretreatment Improvements Project will replace the grit removal system, implement improvements to the blending of the return activated sludge and pretreated raw wastewater, and equalize the flow split between the four biological nutrient removal treatment trains. The Reclaimed Water Storage and Repump Facility includes the design and construction of a 3-4 million gallon reclaimed water storage tank and associated pumps, valves, meters and piping. The purpose of the projects is to improve the effluent water quality leaving the treatment plant and to provide a more reliable supply of irrigation water to areas in the southeast sector of the City.
