Project Description

The Sewer Collection System Pipeline Rehabilitation and Replacement Project will increase the reliability of the overall sewer collection system by replacing approximately 40 miles of sewer conveyance pipelines and associated laterals and manholes. The purpose of the project is to reduce peak wastewater inflow and infiltration inflows, which will avoid sanitary sewer overflows, improve wastewater influent water quality, improve the reliability of year round wastewater influent flows for future recycled water uses, and avoid future water quality permit violations.
