Project Description

The Frank E. Van Lare Secondary Treatment Upgrades project will improve secondary system treatment performance by implementing improvements to facilitate the Rapid Response Plan, the aeration system, and the secondary clarifiers. The purpose of the project is to improve water quality, consistently comply with permit requirements, improve the reliability of equipment, and meet the current and future needs of the community.
