Project Description

The City of San Diego Stormwater Capital Improvement Program will include planning, design, and construction of all assets within the City’s Stormwater System including natural waterways, conveyance pipes, outfalls, drains, pump stations, channels, and green infrastructure. The purpose of these projects is to improve the water quality of stormwater and reduce flood risk via the replacement, implementation, or restoration of deteriorated stormwater infrastructure that has reached its useful life and incorporate new stormwater mitigation methods to prioritize and meet stormwater requirements.
