Aluminum Aquatic Life Criteria Applicable to Oregon Fresh Waters - Final Rule

EPA has finalized federal aluminum water quality criteria for fresh waters in the state of Oregon that are jurisdictional under the Clean Water Act. The final rule ensures that criteria are set at levels that protect aquatic life from the toxic effects of aluminum.
