Increasing CAFÉ fuel economy requirements combined with challenging EPA NOx emissions requirements will result in a larger percentage of Diesel engines in the light duty market.

Various tracking system designs increase energy collection by 29% to 40%, but generally require significant investments in materials and equipment.
