For the previous 2011 and 2008 National Emission Inventory (NEI), these reports provide an overview of the air pollutant emissions using graphs and tabular summaries.  Each report includes the following information:

• Key emissions source contributions at the national level.
• Regional profile of pollutant emissions and sources.
• National emissions trends.

The 2011 Report is an overview of the air pollutant emissions in the 2011 NEI Version 1.0 (v1) published by the US EPA in July 2013.  The 2008 Report represents analysis of the 2008 NEI Version 2 released in February 2012.
