BB2: 70% (ZIP)(7 pp, 102 MB) Existing NGCC fleet constrained to operate at an average capacity factor of 70%. Increases in NGCC utilization from base case levels offset 1:1 with a decrease in utilization from existing coal steam, IGCC, or oil/gas steam boilers >25 MW.
BB2: 75% (ZIP)(7 pp, 102 MB) Existing NGCC fleet constrained to operate at an average capacity factor of 75%. Increases in NGCC utilization from base case levels must be offset 1:1 with a decrease in utilization from existing coal steam, IGCC, or oil/gas steam boilers >25 MW.
BB2: 80% (ZIP)(7 pp, 102 MB) Existing NGCC fleet constrained to operate at an average capacity factor of 80%. Increases in NGCC utilization from base case levels offset 1:1 with a decrease in utilization from existing coal steam, IGCC, or oil/gas steam boilers >25 MW.
BB3: Cost-Effectiveness (ZIP)(7 pp, 102 MB) Incremental RE from 2012 required to deploy at building block 3 generation levels. Incremental RE replaces projected Base Case generation from existing coal steam, IGCC, NGCC, and oil/gas steam boilers >25 MW on a 1:1 basis.
