Modeling of Control Costs, Emissions, and Control Retrofits for Cost Effectiveness and Feasibility Analyses

This Technical Support Document (TSD) describes EPA’s use of the Integrated Planning Model (IPM) to develop estimates of SO2 and NOx emission control costs, projections of future emissions and emission reductions, and projections of capacity of future control retrofits, assuming controls on electricity generating units (EGUs).
