This form is used to notify EPA and the Title V permitting authority when a new unit constructed at a plant qualifies for the New Unit Exemption under the Acid Rain Program (Please refer to 40 CFR 72.7Exit). Please submit the original form to the Title V permitting authority for the facility, and a copy to EPA.
