This document describes the status of each Clean Air Act (CAA) section 110(a)(2)(D)(i)(I) transport state implementation plan (SIP) for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for the eastern states and the District of Columbia that are the focus of the proposed Cross-State Air Pollution Update Rule.
