This document supplements the information in the preamble to the proposed Determination Regarding Good Neighbor Obligations for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (CSAPR Close-Out) by describing the status of each CAA section 110(a)(2)(D)(i)(I) state implementation plan (SIP) for the states covered by that action, as well as actions taken by EPA to promulgate any federal implementation plan (FIP) for each state.
