The Standard Reference Photometer Program is used to certify the State, Local, and Tribal monitoring organizations' ozone primaray and transfer standards and is implemented through the Office of Radiation and Indoor Air (ORIA). Certification programs like the SRP program provide independent testing of products and or instrumentation and are used to provide a sense of quality and comparability.
