Letters initiating Clean Water Act 404(c) review of mining at Pebble deposit

The letters below initiate EPA's review under section 404(c) of the Clean Water Act of potential adverse environmental effects associated with mining the Pebble deposit in southwest Alaska. EPA extended the initial 15-day response deadline to April 29, 2014.
