Clean Air Act permitting in New York (minor New Source Review (NSR), non-attainment NSR, PSD, and Part 70 Operating permits) is the responsibility of the New York Division of Air Resources of the New York Department of Conservation and EPA Region 2.

Responsible Area
Statewide, except in the 8 Tribal Nations. Clean Air Act permitting in the 8 Tribal Nations is the responsibility of the EPA Region 2.
