U.S. Virgin Islands

Clean Air Act permitting in the U.S. Virgin Islands is the shared responsibility of the Air Pollution Control Program of the Division of Environmental Protection of the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources (for minor New Source Review (NSR), non-attainment NSR, and Part 70 Operating permits) and EPA Region 2. EPA Region 2 retains the responsibility to issue and implement the PSD permits.
