Permit Program Reviews in EPA Region 10
EPA periodically reviews state and local permitting programs as part of our responsibility to oversee delegated and approved air permitting programs. The objective of program reviews are to:
- Identify good practices that other agencies can learn from,
- Document areas needing improvement, and
- Learn how the EPA can help improve state and local Title V programs and expedite permitting.
