Request for Coverage Under General Permit for SQCS Facilities in Indian Country: CPM Development Corporation - Pendleton Mission Quarry near Pendleton, Oregon on the Umatilla Reservation

On November 23, 2020, EPA Region 10 received from CPM Development Corporation a request for coverage under the general air quality permit for new or modified minor source stone quarrying, crushing and screening facilities in Indian Country (SQCS General Permit). The request for coverage is for a portable plant at Pendleton Mission Quarry near Pendleton, Oregon on the Umatilla Reservation.
