This page contains access to the synthetic minor NSR permit revision application, air quality modeling files and other supporting documentation for the Red Cedar Gathering Company, South Ignacio Central Delivery Point, located on Indian country lands within the Southern Ute Indian Reservation in Colorado.   The EPA held two public comment periods for the proposed permit, one from June 20-July 20, 2020, and one from October 2-November 2, 2020. The final permit was issued on December 2, 2020, with an effective date of January 4, 2021.
