Will exclusion records on the System for Award Management ( be maintained and updated during COVID-19 operations?

Yes, exclusion records will be maintained and updated on without interruption to allow federal awarding officials, prime contractors, grant recipients, and subrecipients to continue to conduct eligibility checks. Recipients should refer to EPA’s General Term and Condition “Suspension and Debarment” for additional information.
