Final determination of the U.S. EPA' s Assistant Administrator for Water, concerning three wetland properties (sites owned by Henry Rem Estate, Marion Becker, et. al. and Senior Corporation) for which rockplowing is proposed in east Everglades, Dade county, Florida.
