This Addendum to the previous Interim Measure Work Plan (IMWP), submitted to EPA on February 20, 2002, presents minor modifications to the well locations proposed in the original IMWP, and proposes performance monitoring not included in the original IMWP. In addition, EPA's comments to the original IMWP, submitted on November 24, 2003, are addressed in this Addendum.
