How to Submit a Comment on the Draft U.S. Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report: 1990-2018

Please submit any comments on the Draft Inventory of U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Sinks: 1990-2018 on or before March 13, 2020.  Please include your contact information (your name, address, email address, or phone number) in the body of your comment so that we may contact you in case we need to request clarification.  If we have difficulty reading or understanding your comment for technical or other reasons and cannot contact you, we might not be able to consider it as part of the public review process.  Final comments received after the closure of the 30-day public comment period will be accepted and considered as input to the next edition of the annual report. 
 
You may submit comments online or by email, as described below. Note EPA may publish any comment received to its public docket, in hardcopy or by email.
