Federal Register Notice: Interim Final Rule for Consolidated Permit Regulations for Waste Management Facilities

EPA amended its regulations for the management of hazardous waste by: adding new sections to the standards applicable to the owners and operators of waste management facilities; adding financial requirements and amending closure and post-closure care requirements during the interim status periods for such facilities; and amending the permit regulations to comply with the facility regulations.
