The Indoor airPLUS Construction Specifications Version 1 (Rev. 04) may be used by builders and Raters immediately.

Homes permitted on or after May 1, 2018, must use the Revision 4 Construction Specifications and Verification Checklist. For homes permitted before May 1, 2018, partners can use either Revision 3 or Revision 4 if desired. The Rater may define “permit date” as either the date that the permit was issued or the date of the contract on the home. Raters should complete only one Indoor airPLUS Verification Checklist per home. For more information, see Indoor AirPLUS Program Documents.
