The Partnership Agreement formalizes a Partner's commitments to either company-wide implementation of BMPs to reduce methane emissions from key sources by a future target date (BMP Commitment Option), and/or to achieving a specified emissions intensity rate by a future target date (ONE Future Commitment Option). A Partner will use the Partnership Agreement form to specify its commitments (including the commitments' start date and target achievement year).
